Macfarlane Packaging strengthens leadership team

Macfarlane Packaging, the UK’s largest protective packaging supplier, announces the further strengthening of its leadership team with the appointment of Sean Staley as Group Regional Director for the East Midlands.

Sean has held a broad range of leadership roles and most recently he was Sales Director for Antalis South Africa. Sean will report to Macfarlane’s Group Chief Executive, Peter Atkinson, and be responsible for the company’s operations in the East Midlands.

Commenting on Sean’s appointment, Macfarlane Group’s Chief Executive, Peter Atkinson, said: “Macfarlane Packaging has exciting growth opportunities ahead and this is the right time to add to our leadership. Sean is an experienced leader and we look forward to his valuable contribution to the business.”

Sean Staley said: “It is not only great to be back in the UK, but an honour to be a part of Macfarlane Packaging leadership team. I look forward to assisting in the continued growth and direction of the business, and adding value to all existing and new stakeholders in the East Midlands area.
