For use with Ranpak® FillPak® systems, Greenline fanfold paper is made with 100% post-consumer recycled paper.

Hand-applied stretch films are used for manual stretch wrap packaging application. All hand-applied stretch films are supplied on standard cores for use with hand-applied applicators or extended cores.

• Always place the outside of the film to the pallet surface

• Secure film to the pallet before wrapping by tying to the pallet base

• Always ensure the film covers the base of the pallet and the bottom layer of the load

• Wrap the bottom of the pallet at least twice to secure load

• Overlap film by 30% to 50%

• Depending on the weight of the load, consider wrapping the pallet twice

• To maximise strength use the film horizontally to create a ‘strap’

Polyester strapping is an extremely strong, yet soft, lightweight and weather-resistant alternative to steel strapping.

Polyester strapping takes 2.5 times more energy to break than steel strapping with the same break strain. An ‘elastic memory’ maintains tension even where there is pack settlement or shrinkage.

There are no sharp edges, creating a safer working environment and also reducing the potential for product damage compared with steel strapping.

Macfarlane strapping is ideal for bundling products together or strapping pallets.

Available in medium, heavy or super heavy duty and can be used with a designated stand.

LDPE shrink wrap films keep products and pallets dust, dirt and water free during transit and in storage.

Sealing around loads requires a shrink film heat system. A shrink film dispenser is also recommended for fast application and storage of shrink film rolls in use. All LDPE shrink films are supplied on a centre-folded roll for easy use. Dimensions show the width of film opened out.

Our RecycoolMe shippers are 100% curbside recyclable.
