Hand-applied stretch film is great for securing pallets. Macfarlane Packaging can offer Heavy, Super Heavy and Extra Heavy blown hand films that contain 30% recycled content.

Air pillows with 50% recycled content
AirSpeed® Renew air cushions are made from 50% post-consumer recycled content. Using recycled content in the manufacturing process means less waste goes to landfill and contributes to a circular economy.

Strapping with 100% recycled content
Macfarlane strapping is ideal for bundling products together or strapping pallets. Available in medium, heavy or super heavy duty and can be used with a designated stand.
Alternatives to plastic products

Protective honeycomb paper
Geami WrapPak® is the combination of a die cut Kraft paper with a tissue interleaf paper. The Geami WrapPak® HV converter expands the die cut paper to a 3D honeycomb structure providing a unique wrapping product.

Mailers with paper padding
Padded paper mailers are a great environmentally-friendly postal packaging solution. Made from 100% recycled paper and kerbside recyclable, they have an easy peel and stick seal for quick dispatch.

Paper tape
Switching to paper tape is an easy way to reduce or eliminate plastic in your supply chain. It’s 100% recyclable and made from a renewable resource. It’s extra durable too, so you may be able to use less tape than you were before, cutting even more material out of your packing process.

Thermal packaging with paper liners
Our RecycoolMe shippers are 100% curbside recyclable. Made from recycled Kraft paper, the packs include an outer box with TempGuardTM liners that will keep products below -5°C or between 2°C – 8°C for up to 48 hours, when used with a coolant.
