Our first unboxing survey was published two years ago and revealed that almost one in three (30%) of parcels dispatched by UK internet retailers could be unsuitable, with as many as 10% containing damaged contents as a result.
Last year, we opened our unboxing survey to the UK shoppers to see what they thought of their opening experience. The results revealed some significant developments in the use of packaging by online retailers, however, customer experience was one of the areas where there were still lessons to be learned.
Take part in our unboxing survey this year and help us ensure that all your online purchases arrive in packaging that is easy to open, easy to return and easy to dispose of. We also want it to be environmentally sound – so retailers use just the right amount of packaging, recyclable where possible.
