Recognised for going that extra mile

RPC bpi indupac’s commitment to excellent customer service has been recognised with a Supplier of the Year Award from Macfarlane Packaging, a leading supplier of protective packaging that services 20,000+ customers across the UK and Ireland annually.

The accolade is awarded to acknowledge not only a company’s service levels, but also their expertise in the production of high quality, added-value products. Presenting the award during a visit to RPC bpi indupac’s Leominster site, John Kearney, Procurement Director at Macfarlane Packaging remarked:

“This Award recognises RPC bpi indupac as a supplier that goes the extra mile to deliver a quality product on time, in full, every time.“ He continued: “Our Supplier of the Year is selected following a comprehensive staff survey across all departments to identify excellent products and great customer service at all stages of our transactions – from ordering to quality control to logistics and technical support.”
