Shrink wrap pallet covers offer excellent protection from the elements including dirt and dust during pallet transportation or storage. The pallet plastic wrap covers are clear enabling easy identification of the contents.
To use, simply place a pallet cover over the pallet, which acts as a pallet bag and use a Heat Shrink Film Gun, to shrink the pallet cover to tightly fit the pallet and its contents. Super heavy duty shrink film pallet covers are supplied on a roll as gusseted sacks and perforated for easy removal from the roll.
Shrink wrap pallet cover dimensions are displayed as Length x Width x Depth.
Also displayed is the suggested pallet size each pallet cover is designed for. Also, the following calculation can be used to work out the size of gusseted pallet cover required.
Depth (the longest side of the pallet) + 75 mm- Width (the shortest side of the pallet) + Depth + 100 mm (so the cover goes over the pallet)
- Height (the load height) + half the width + 100 mm
