Cast stretch wrap films provide a smooth surface with excellent optics, gloss, strength and cling without additives. These Machine applied stretch films are suitable for use on core brake machines up to 150% stretchability. Machine applied cast stretch films are available in two different strengths:
Medium Duty (17-20 microns)- Heavy Duty (23-34 microns)
Cast Power Pre stretch wrap films provide a smooth surface with excellent optics, gloss, strength and cling without additives. Machine cast power pre stretch film is suitable for use on power pre-machines up to 250% stretchability. Cast Power pre films are categorised into three different strengths:
Medium Duty (17-20 microns)- Heavy Duty (23-34 microns)
- Super Heavy Duty (35+ microns)
Blown Pre stretch wrap films are stretched during manufacture. The process increases stretch film strength, improves load holding/stability characteristics and reduces the amount of stretch film required for wrapping purposes. The key benefits of using pre-stretch films include:
