Our cardboard mug boxes are very strong small secure brown boxes ideal for storing and shipping mugs or similar size items.

Our mug boxes do not require packing tapes for construction or sealing, but taping is recommended before mailing as it will provide added security.

Below is our easy to use guide which shows how to assemble mug boxes.

• Step 1

Your mug box will arrive flat, ready to assemble.


• Step 2

Fold in the two sections with cut out areas to start making the base of the mug box.


• Step 3

Turn the box over onto the base to start constructing the sides of the mug box.


• Step 4

Fold in the two L shaped sections of the mug box to make the rectangular shape of the mug box.


• Step 5

Now fold the securing sections into the inside of the mug box and lock into place by pushing the bottom of these sections into the cut out areas.


• Step 6

Place your mug into the mug box.


• Step 7

Insert the two rounded sections either side of the mug and press down. This helps secure the mug into place.Then, insert each curved section into the slots created from making the rectangular shape of the box. Press in fully to close the mug box.

We recommend that you seal your box with packing tape.
