How To Assemble Box Files
Box Files are cardboard storage boxes with hinged lids designed to hold A4 folders and their contents.
A great one-piece design that gives you a box file with an attached lid, that easily holds 1-2 large A4 lever arch files.
Below is our easy to use guide which shows how to assemble box files.
Step 1
Your box file will arrive flat and ready for assembly.
Push out all the cut out sections and fold all creases ready for assembly.
Step 2
To start constructing the box file, fold the two short side walls into an L shape so the flap with no finger hole sits onto the base of the box.
Step 3
Fold the second set of short side walls into the box to create the base of the box file.
Then, fold the wall arms into the inside of the box file and secure in the cut out sections in the base of the box.
Step 4
To assemble the lid, fold the two sides over and the small flaps so they make an L shape.
Step 5
Fold over the front of the lid so the two flaps are secured underneath and lock into place using the cut out sections.
Step 6
Now your box file is fully assembled to store A4 folders.
Don't forget to detail the contents of the box with a marker pen or label. You may also want to seal your box with packing tape.
