How To Assemble An Office Recycling Bin

Our Office Recycling Bins are strong corrugated bins with a lid, ideal for use within office and warehouse environments.

Many organisations place numerous recycling bins around their working environment to make sure recycling is as easy as possible, in particular around printer and fax areas. Alternatively, you can designate recycling bins to different types of recyclable waste - paper/plastic/metal. Just write on each of your cardboard recycling bins which type of recyclable waste it should be used for.

To ensure your recycling bins last, we recommend that you use a refuse sack inside the bin. Refuse sacks are available in a variety of colours to assist with the separation of recyclable materials.

Below is our easy to use guide which shows how to assemble our office recycling bin.

Step 1

Our office recycling bins comprise of two sections: the base and the lid.

Both parts arrive flat and ready to assemble.

We recommend that you push through any cut out sections and fold all creases prior to assembly.

Step 2

Turn the base of the recycling bin over and fold down the two L shaped flaps.

Step 3

Then, tuck the 'pointed' flap into the 'C' flap to lock into place.

Step 4

Your recycling bin base is now complete and the lid can now be assembled.

Step 5

Fold over the two sides of the lid, ensuring the small flaps are folded to make an L shape.

Step 6

Fold over the interlocking section to secure the lid shape.

Repeat this on both sides.

Step 7

The two sections of your office recycle bin are now complete.

We recommend that you insert a refuse sack into the base of the recycling bin to ensure the life of the bin.

Refuse sacks are available in a variety of colours that can be used to sort different types of recyclable material such as paper and plastic.

You can also write on the front of the office recycling bin to easily identify what recyclable materials should be placed in each bin.

Step 8

Finally, place the lid on top of the recycling bin and position where required in your office or warehouse.
