All orders are delivered by Macfarlane Packaging trucks or by third party couriers.

Deliveries By Couriers

Please open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt.

Mistakes cannot be rectified unless noted at the point of accepting your delivery.

Please note the couriers deliver between 8 am and 5.30 pm.

If you are a business, with differing office hours, please make sure someone is available to accept the order between the above hours.

A responsible person must be available at your nominated delivery address.

Our courier will attempt to deliver once. After this it is the customer's responsibility to rearrange the delivery or collect the order from the local depot.

Next Business Day Delivery Service

If you require a next business day delivery service, please check the information below to understand when we'lll process and despatch your order.

Orders Received Mondays - Fridays Before 3.00pm

We will process and despatch orders received before 3.00pm for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability).

For example: Order on Monday before 3.00pm, your order will despatched Monday evening for delivery on Tuesday, given stock is available.

Orders Received Mondays - Fridays Received After 3.00pm

Orders received after 3.00pm, will be processed and despatched the following business day.

For example: Order on Monday after 3.00pm, your order will be processed and despatched on Tuesday, subject to stock availability.

Weekend Orders

Orders received on Fridays (after 3pm)  through to Mondays (before 3pm)  will be processed on the Monday.

UK Bank Holidays

Please note that we do not process orders during UK public bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the first working day back.

For example: Orders received over the weekend, or during a bank holiday Monday, will be processed on the Tuesday.

Out of Stock Situations

We work very hard to minimise stock shortages and receive frequent deliveries from our suppliers.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as possible.

Clearance Stock

We offer some great deals on clearance stock from a number of our suppliers. As we do not hold all clearance stock on site, we must apply a 5 day lead time to entire orders containing clearance stock items.

Delivery Times

Our couriers deliver between 8.00am and 5.30pm. We are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery by the courier.
