Small bubble wrap is a very diverse and effective cushioning material that can be layered or wrapped around products.

Sealed Air's industry leading patented AirCap® bubble wrap has a special air retention barrier to actually seal every bubble against air loss to enable AirCap® bubble wrap to retain it's thickness and ensure effective long term cushioning performance.

AirCap® bubble wrap is supplied in unperforated rolls allowing users to determine their bubble sheet size. AirCap® bubble wrap is easy for users to tear off and is designed to consistently tear with a tidy edge.

AirCap® bubble wrap does not contain any heavy metals that could harm the environment.

Bubble wrapping is reusable and can be recycled with other polyethylene based materials.


AirCap® small bubble wrap (9.5 mm wide and 4.2 mm tall bubbles) is available in a variety of grades recommended for varying uses. Please choose a bubble wrap grade suitable for your application.

Light Grade Bubble Wrap is recommended for surface protection and/or void fill applications for light products with wellknown and reliable storage and shipping cycles.

Multi-Purpose Grade Bubble Wrap is recommended for light/medium weight products or semi-rugged products with realtively predictable storage and distribution cycles.

Strong Grade Bubble Wrap is recommended for heavy, fragile and/or valuable products, or those with very long or unpredictable storage and distribution cycles.
